Ed Martin travels extensively teaching hypnosis classes in two states regularly and occasionally in a third state for forensic hypnosis. He also conducts private hypnosis sessions in two states and teaches at conventions around the United States. His extra weight in his stomach area started about two years ago because of a serious accident and the need for emergency surgery to his stomach. This trauma and the rigorous schedule of travel, along with eating out, combined to add dangerous weight in the stomach area. This weight held in the stomach is called cardio-vascular suppression weight because vital organs are encapsulated by fat.

The last six months have found Ed following his own advice that he gives to others….to get rid of the extra weight in their stomach area. One of his first moves was to release any resultant trauma from the very traumatic accident with hypnosis. The next step was to get motivated and again hypnosis and hypnosis programming was used for a subconscious program of motivation.

He was already out of denial, and taking action towards resolution of the problem only required motivation to take action. Over the last six months, he has adhered to a good eating plan that includes having good food available in the home in whatever state he is for teaching or private sessions of hypnosis.

The second step was getting a plan to incorporate movement to the body. He uses and loves the chi machine which provides wonderful exercise to the body while it stimulates the central nervous and circulatory systems.

He is a diligent user of oxywater ,and for the first time ever, he maintains a steady alkaline state from using oxywater to assist with the flushing of excess toxins and fat. The oxywater has also added a more youthful glow to his skin and has assisted his energy and vitality to maintain such a heavy schedule of private sessions and teaching of hypnosis. He teaches not only certification courses but also law enforcement, and this requires a shift in technique that can add stress.

As you can see from his pictures, he has made tremendous headway towards getting rid of fat in the stomach area and toning the rest of his body. The commitment continues for the next portion of this group of people committed to reclaiming their life.

      CHRISTMAS UPDATE

Ed Martin , like the other group participants, is one of the best in the country at assisting others. He is known around the country as “THE VOICE” and people are always commenting on his voice. One friend of ours recently told us that her young grandchild would stop everything immediately and smile when he heard either of two voices: one was Peter Jennings and the other was Ed Martin.

Well, he has been applying his own voice to his own well-being by listening to his own CD’s and it is paying off with improved health and improved status of his weight.

He recently had a full check up with an M. D. mainly because his brother has had some health challenges that could be called “genetic”.

He was given a wonderful report on his excellent physical condition. His new physician could not believe that he takes no medication … (none) connected to blood pressure or any of the typical medicines many people take for cholesterol!

Update on Ed Martin

Close up shows improved skin texture from eating better and it also shows keeping the excess weight off. Ed incorporated some of the dishes the Pennells teach in their Raw Certification and it shows with his skin. When the Pennells get their on-line certification for a Raw Chef, one of the Martins, at least, will learn to cook Raw. (Wonder who the chef will be?)
